The Bylaws amendent was adopted by a membership vote on October 6, 2025. Bob Lewis authored the new document, conducted the complete review process at several meetings, and worked tirelessly to obtain the necessary quorum and vote to pass the amendment. While our group requires little governance, this amendment simplifies the leadership process while maintaining the necessary structure for smooth operation.
These are the Current By-Laws prior to revision and voting.
The proposed Bylaws below. Unfortunately FRVA rejected the bylaws after votijg so we reverted to the previous version. Please take a moment to thank Bob in the comments below.
